We collect real-time location and background audio recording only when you explicitly trigger SOS or start a Travel Watch. Hidden or unauthorized recording is strictly prohibited by our system architecture.

2. Data Sharing

Location and audio data is intended to activate only during SOS or Travel Watch events initiated by the user. To support real-time assistance and rapid emergency detection, Safyronix may run in the background. Data is shared only with your chosen guardians or emergency contacts where required for safety features.

3. Data Security

We use encryption and reasonable security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, misuse, or accidental exposure. No digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we design Safyronix with privacy-first safeguards.

4. Permissions

The app may request access to:

• Location: to track you during an active SOS or journey.
• Microphone: to record audio evidence only when SOS or supported safety mode is active.
• Notifications: to send safety check-ins and alerts.
• SMS/Contacts: to notify guardians or emergency contacts automatically where supported.

5. Policy Updates

We may update our policies from time to time. Continued use of Safyronix means you accept the revised policies.
