Safyronix is designed to improve emergency communication and response coordination, but cannot guarantee safety or prevention of harm. By using this app, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Nature

Safyronix is a best-effort safety assistance tool. It does not guarantee prevention of any crime, injury, emergency, or harm.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or unavoidable damages resulting from service interruptions, GPS inaccuracies, device limitations, network failures, or third-party response delays.

Misuse & Restrictions

Users must not send false emergency alerts. Serious misuse may result in permanent account or device restrictions.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform or repeatedly trigger false alerts.

Age Policy

Users under 13 should use Safyronix only under parental or guardian supervision.

3. Policy Updates

We may update our policies from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the revised policies.

4. Dependencies

Functionality depends on your device's GPS, battery, permissions, internet connectivity, SMS availability, and emergency contact configuration.

5. Emergency Protocol

Always prioritize calling local emergency authorities in life-threatening situations. Safyronix may assist with communication and coordination, but it is not a replacement for official emergency services.
