By downloading, installing, or using Safyronix, you agree to these Terms of Service. Safyronix is not a replacement for official emergency services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Safyronix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall the application immediately.

2. Nature of Service & Emergency Disclaimer

Safyronix is designed as a personal safety assistance tool to aid in emergency communication. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SAFYRONIX IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR OFFICIAL EMERGENCY SERVICES (e.g., Police, Ambulance, Fire Department). Always dial your local emergency number (e.g., 911, 112) first in case of a life-threatening emergency.

3. Ephemeral Messaging & Communication

Users acknowledge that chat messages, voice notes, and media attachments are delivered ephemerally and stored locally on user devices. The platform does not permanently archive or store message content on cloud servers. Users are solely responsible for managing and clearing their local chat history.

4. Prohibited Misuse & False Alarms

Users agree not to misuse the emergency SOS system, trigger false alarms maliciously, harass other users, or transmit unlawful content through the chat system. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

Safyronix and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, cellular network failures, GPS inaccuracies, battery depletion, or failure of emergency contacts to respond.

6. Technical Dependencies

The performance and reliability of Safyronix depend heavily on third-party hardware and services, including device GPS sensors, battery levels, mobile network coverage, internet connectivity, and Firebase/Supabase cloud infrastructure.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately without prior notice for violations of safety policies, fraudulent activity, or misuse of emergency infrastructure.

8. Governing Law & Updates

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. We reserve the right to update these terms periodically, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
